What an amazing experience I had using Sam Patient Services. They came recommended, and I am so glad they did. I purchased a package of teeth and laser eye surgery (all transfers, accommodation, tours, appointment chaperones all included in price) I flew from the UK to Turkey alone at 48 years old to get Laser eye surgery, and Zirconium Crowns. I was extremely nervous and worried about taking such a gamble going to a country in which I did not speak the language. All my fears were eliviatated one by one. I was met at the airport by a member of the Sam Patient services (SPS) team and transported to mytip class Hotel accommodation in a limo.. Every appointment, trip and outing from that point on was made by SPS. They attended every appointment with me and translated every word of my plan along the way. What a treat I had that week. I was taken on a tour 1.5 hours away in a luxury car with a lovely driver. I had the best day. I am delighted with my new teeth and eyes, both which were 100% successful. I would hugely recommend this company to anyone travelling to izmir for similar. I know for 100%fact my trip would have been so very stressful (almost impossible)without their help. Wel done Sam Patient Services on a quality, reasonable service. You really did go bove and beyond. You made me feel like your gust and not your customer. 😊

I recently had both lenses replaced in my eyes and I can't say how impressed I was by my visit. I was met at the airport by my driver who took my straight to my hotel, The Encore Ramada where I was met and greeted by the team. Everything was explained to me in full and I was told exactly what to expect. The next day I had my first eye examination it was really thorough better than the NHS and the equipment was space age, the facilities were top notch, clean, modern and the staff were lovely. Then I had my first surgery, my doctor was professional, he diagnosed a condition that 2 UK opticians missed, his treatment and care was amazing. Over the next day or two I had my other procedure done. The care and after care I received was brilliant, while I was here the world was starting to lock down due to Carona virus, I wasn't left on my own the team assisted me in everyway they could. I was so impressed with the price and treatment that I received I have cancelled treatment booked with another clinic and I'm now having the treatment with SAM. This company you can trust, they respect their patients, the use quality doctors etc. And they're worth every penny that you will spend. I honestly can't speak highly enough of them.

Izmir is great city very friendly staff, Berfin, Mert and the doctor and her dental assistant are all caring. Put you at ease. The anesthesia was not bad at all I thought would be more painful(I have needle phobia) The more painful is the air going into the naked teeth after shaving. Need to eat not too hot or too cold. Izmir have cheap food cheap shopping plus tax back! Dr fish a fish shop in front have nice calamari theres also a tea shop , turkish sweets oh em gee, restaurants at the front serve good cheap food all very friendly.

I would like to come back there in the summer as the place is also near the sea. Most people there are soft spoken for some reason haha. Just totally different from Istanbuls hussle all time. Wish I had more time to stay for my teeth I wanted few adjustments. But it can be done here in Dublin. ( make two front teeth smaller) veneer. Other than that, the experience was good overall, would recommend SAM patient services for their professional and care.

Excellent experience with the support of all the staff. The dental team were great, the treatment was fully explained at all stages and nothing was rushed. The final result was amazing and I was always made to feel supported and even gifted a nice coffee or two out in Izmir. Highly recommended.

Total shoulder replacement

My wife has been waiting over 3 years for a total shoulder replacement in the UK. In January she was told it would be 18months to 2 years longer to wait until she would get surgery! This was when we decided to look at other options. We looked at clinics all around the world & started dialogue with several. Only this company was able to respond to all our questions quickly & efficiently. We checked other reviews & their history & decided that this was our first choice to have the surgery through this company. They made the whole experience very easy for us, arranged everything really well & did everything they said they would do. My wife had the surgery 4 days ago & we travel back to UK tomorrow. The surgeon Dr Ayas was very happy with the operation & is predicting a very good outcome once all is healed. Special mentions to Berfin for all of her help & assistance on this journey she has been amazing. Also to Mert for his patience & attentiveness whilst we have been in Izmir it was great to meet you all & we would have no hesitation in recommending you & your company. Fantastic service thank you all so much.

Not all Turkey is Istanbul

Not all Turkey is Istanbul. Izmir is also a good option provided it has the same medical quality services. As far as Sam Patient Services concerns, l can only praise their commitment with the patient and the professionalism of all the team around. My operation has been a success and the beginning of a new era in my life, even at an older age. There are many cultures on this planet, but turks are one of my favorites! Forget about religious issues, you wont find that here. Although they are muslims, they are not arabs and you feel like you could be in any part of Europe. Hospitals are modern and as clean, or perhaps even more, than in the West. The secret of their success also relies on these high standards.

Everything very well organized. The consultants are very friendly and answer all your questions. The medical staff works very efficiently and the effects are stunning.

Gastric Bypass

I had a gastric bypass with SAM Patient Services at the end of May. I found them extremely helpful. I was booked for April originally but got Covid and Murat booked me in for the next available date. Murat was always on the end of the phone. He answered any questions I had promptly. Everything from landing in Turkey to leaving was seamless. Highly recommend them. One thing the language barrier was sometimes a problem in the hospital but overall I managed fine.

Gastric treatment with SAM Patient Services

I want to thank Berfin for being so easy to deal with and making my experience so pleasant and seamless.

I decided on my 2nd last day in Turkey to have Gastric treatment and came accross Sam Patient Services. Berfin was assigned as my coordinator and did a wonderful job in understanding my needs and responding I'm a timely manner. From start to finish, it was less than 24 hours and I had my treatment done. Love the efficiency. Everything went as planned and now I will just wait and see what the results yield 🤞

You can absolutely trust the company. A professional team will be waiting for you and they will take care of you like friends. There is no friend approach in other companies. They went to the cafe with me. we traveled together. They were always with me beside the doctor. The doctor they worked with explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable. I am very healthy and happy now.

The most important to me was the doctor's experience. The doctor who performed my surgery performed more than 500 of similar operations before me. Everything was fine after the operation. More than one doctor evaluated me before going to surgery, whether I am suitable for surgery or not. Their first goal is health, they always think of your well-being. I will come again next month, this time for another operation xx

They welcomed me at the airport by private car. The car brought me to my hotel. but the team was waiting for me at the hotel. The welcome team made me very happy. We immediately became friends. We drank coffee and they showed me my room. Wifi password and general information were given. The hotel was extremely luxurious and clean. My doctor is perfect, we still talk more. Even if I ask questions very often, he answers all of them without getting tired. He always help me.

A professional and friendly environment welcomed me. They offered me all we talked about on the phone. I was pleased. I advise.

I had obesity surgery in Izmir through SAM. The working friends were very nice interested. Even though I had a bit of pain the day after the surgery, I felt better on the second day. I keep losing weight now.

I was greeted at the airport and picked me up in a private car. My hotel was luxurious and comfortable. doctors and SAM staff took care of all my requests.
